Terms of Service
Last updated: March 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeltaLearn platform, operated by Juan Bales, trading as DeltaLearn ("we," "us," or "our"), with registered address at Cami Dalt d'Alella, 22, Tiana - 08391 - Barcelona, Spain. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using DeltaLearn on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. Service Description
DeltaLearn is a business-to-business (B2B) internal training management platform designed for operations teams. The platform helps organizations structure, manage, and track their internal training by converting existing documentation into structured learning materials. The service includes:
- Document ingestion: upload PDF/DOCX files or connect Notion pages as sources
- Structured learning materials: the platform organizes your documentation into chapters, checklists, and knowledge-check quizzes
- Audio narration: optional text-to-speech narration of your training content
- Version control: track changes to training materials with diff and changelog
- Publishing workflow: Draft → Review → Published approval process
- Adoption tracking: dashboards showing who has completed each training version and their quiz scores
DeltaLearn is not a certification service. The platform does not issue certificates, accreditations, or professional qualifications. It is an internal training management tool for use within your organization. Quiz scores are internal metrics for tracking team readiness, not formal assessments.
2. Accounts & Workspaces
2.1 Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at security@deltalearn.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
2.2 Workspaces
Each account belongs to one or more workspaces. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing members, roles, and content within their workspace. Administrators may invite members and assign roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer). The workspace administrator is responsible for ensuring all members comply with these Terms.
2.3 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create a DeltaLearn account. The service is designed exclusively for business use and is not directed at consumers or children.
3. Your Content
3.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to DeltaLearn, including documents, text, and any data within connected sources (e.g., Notion pages). We do not claim ownership of your content.
3.2 License to Us
By uploading content, you grant DeltaLearn a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and structure your content solely for the purpose of providing the service — specifically, to parse documents, organize training materials, and deliver adoption tracking. This license terminates when you delete the associated content or close your account.
3.3 Structured Output
You own the output. All structured learning materials (course outlines, checklists, quizzes, narration scripts) derived from your source documents belong to you. You may use, modify, distribute, or delete this content without restriction.
3.4 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- You have the right to upload and process the content you provide
- Your content does not violate third-party intellectual property rights
- Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or abusive material
- If connecting Notion, you have authorization to access and process the connected pages
- You review and approve all training materials before publishing them to your team
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces or user accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Use the platform to issue formal certifications, accreditations, or professional qualifications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
5. Order Process & Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
5.1 Pricing
DeltaLearn is currently available at early access pricing of €99/month per workspace. Standard pricing will be €199/month. Early access customers lock in their rate for life. A 14-day free trial is included — you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
5.2 Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle. By entering your payment details and starting a trial, you acknowledge that you are entering into a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time in one click from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.3 Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with DeltaLearn for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at billing@deltalearn.app or through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement. Paddle's buyer terms apply and are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
5.4 Changes to Pricing
We may change our pricing at any time. Price increases for existing customers will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the next renewal. Early access customers are exempt from standard price increases.
6. AI-Assisted Features Disclaimer
DeltaLearn uses artificial intelligence as an assistive tool to help structure your training materials from your source documents. The AI organizes, summarizes, and formats your existing content — it does not create content independently or generate material unrelated to your source documents. While we design our systems to be grounded in your source material:
AI-structured content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all training materials before publishing them to your team.
DeltaLearn is not liable for decisions made based on training content, including any operational errors, compliance issues, or losses resulting from inaccurate material.
The editorial workflow exists for a reason. We strongly recommend that all training materials pass through the Review stage before being published.
7. Intellectual Property
The DeltaLearn platform — including its design, code, brand, documentation, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by DeltaLearn and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets. You may not use "DeltaLearn" or our logo in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
8. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
- Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
- Experience unplanned outages due to circumstances beyond our control
If we discontinue a material feature, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer data export options.
9. Termination
9.1 By You
You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon closure, we will delete your data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
9.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law. For non-urgent violations, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure before termination.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
DeltaLearn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall DeltaLearn be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Complaints
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at support@deltalearn.app. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 10 business days. If your complaint is related to a payment processed by Paddle, you may also contact Paddle's buyer support directly at paddle.net.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may refer the matter to the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction. For customers in the European Union, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
12. Governing Law & Disputes

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cami Dalt d'Alella, 22, Tiana - 08391 - Barcelona, Spain. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days before they take effect. Your continued use of DeltaLearn after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.
